Your retreat includes:

  • 4 Ayurveda treatments (90 minutes each)

  • 1 treatment in the morning and 1 in the afternoon per day

  • an initial short anamnesis

  • an individual treatment plan

The treatments take place at the practice of Christian Morhardt in Rorschach. Bookings can be made directly with Christian Morhardt.
