Switzerland Tourism supports the «Clean & Safe» campaign in order to award businesses which implement and comply with the corresponding safety protocols.

Our Contribution

The protection of our guests and our staff is our main concern. Therefore we adhere to the safety measures in the accomodation sector (hotel) as well as to the safety measures in the gastronomy in order to contribute to an enjoyable stay in Switzerland.

Some of our Covid-19 measures…

• … disinfectants are available at various points in the hotel and restaurant.
• … protective masks are available on request at the reception.
• … we regularly disinfect surfaces that are often touched, such as lift buttons, door handles, etc.
• … the castle is not air-conditioned and has three large ventilation systems (exhaust air system, no circulating air system).
• … all our rooms can be cross-ventilated (we air all rooms regularly).
• … we follow the recommendations of the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG).
