What are the opening hours of the hotel?

Opening hours reception: 7.30am-9.30pm

Check-in: 3pm-9.30pm
Please let us know if you arrive after 9.30pm.

Check-out: 8am-11am
You would like to depart before 8am? Simply settle your invoice on the evening before.

When can I have breakfast?

7am-10am (Mo.-Sa.), 8am-10am (Su.)
You have to leave the hotel before 7am? We will be happy to prepare a packed breakfast for you. Please let us know on the evening before.

Is there complementary parking available?

There are sufficient complimentary outdoor parking spaces available. Please park your car on car park 1 or 3 (behind the gardening buildings). Car access zu the castle is allowed for handicapped people and handling of goods only.

Are dogs welcome?

Your dog is welcome at our castle. We charge CHF 15.00 per dog and night (food excluded).

Are accessible rooms available?

The Schloss Wartegg has two accessible rooms. Please let us know if you would like to stay in such accessible room.

What is your cancellation policy?

Reservation of 1 to 4 rooms (seminars and banquets excluded)
The cancellation of 1-4 rooms is possible free of charge until 24 hours before arrival (6pm on the day before). Later cancellations and no-shows are invoiced or charged on the credit card you deposited as guarantee (basis: all confirmed services).

Reservation of small groups of 5 rooms or more
The cancellation of 5 or more rooms is possible free of charge until 30 days before arrival. For later cancellations and no-shows, the following rates are charged:
29-15 days before arrival:                  50 %
14-4 days before arrival:                    80 %
3-1 days before arrival:                     100 %

What are the terms of payment?

Payment is made on departure in cash, by Postcard, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa or American Express. On request we also send invoices to Swiss companies – payable within 30 days. Banking charges are debited subsequently. We do not send invoices abroad.
