Freeway A1 (St. Gallen, St. Margarethen): Take Exit Rheineck (first exit after Rorschach/Kreuzlingen) Follow the sign to Rorschach Once you reach Staad keep straight at traffic circle (Hundertwasser Halle) and stay on this road through Staad (Shell and Migrol gas stations on the left). Turn left (signposted Rorschacherberg) and follow brown signs, past Parkhotel Waldau (see map). Park entrance is located on the (upper) Cantonal road of Rorschacherberg, toward Thal, approx. 1000 ft. from the lake. Look for the ’Wylen Garage'/Gebr. Wirth shortly before Buchen b/ Staad or immediately before the Eastern end of Rorschacherberg. By train 100 min. from Zurich to Staad train station Every half hour from Zurich and every hour from Chur Departure Zurich: ...10 minutes and ....40 minutes after the full hour. Change train in St. Gallen. From Staad train station to the park entrance. From train station walk back toward Rorschacherberg, following the train track to the crossing, then continue parallel to train track for about 7 min.
